Official: Argentina's March Friendlies to be Held in the United States

On February 22nd, the Argentine Football Association officially announced the latest schedule for Argentina's March friendlies. The team will face El Salvador and Nigeria consecutively in the United States. Prior to this decision, Argentina's two March friendlies were originally planned to take place in China.



The Argentine Football Association has officially announced that the Argentine men's national team will embark on a tour of the United States from March 18th to 26th. They will play two friendly matches against El Salvador and Nigeria respectively.

The match against El Salvador will take place on March 22nd at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, while the match against Nigeria will be held on March 26th at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum.





However, prior to this, Argentina's two March friendlies were originally scheduled to take place in China. The Argentine Football Association had officially announced the opponents and venues for the March China tour, stating that they would face Nigeria and Ivory Coast successively at the Hangzhou Olympic Sports Center and the Workers Stadium in Beijing.

However, due to the impact of the "Messi Match" incident involving Messi, Argentina's March tour to China was eventually called off, and now they have switched to playing matches in the United States.
