Kylian Mbappé Confirms Imminent Club Reveal Ahead of Euro 2024
Star football player Kylian Mbappé has finally broken his silence on his much-anticipated future, declaring that all speculation will be put to rest before the start of Euro 2024 on June 14. The captain of the French national team has refused to extend his current contract with Paris Saint-Germain (PSG), consequently leaving his association with the club at the end of June.
In what has been a protracted contract saga, Mbappé is on the verge of confirming his move to Real Madrid, with the transfer deal almost in the end stages. The formality of announcement for his switch from PSG to Real Madrid is to be held off until the current season concludes or could potentially occur even earlier.
The situations of both PSG and Real Madrid are closely tied to the UEFA Champions League, where they could be potentially vying for the trophy. Should either team exit the competition prematurely, Mbappé's reveal might occur sooner.
After France's latest defeat in a 2-0 friendly game against Germany in Lyon, Mbappé commented about his future plan, affirming that the matter is almost settled. “People will know my future before the Euros. I’m very calm about it”, he stated. He further added that the topic of his future does not affect him at his present club, while expressing his readiness to shine for France in the upcoming Euro championship.
France ends its current international window with a match against Chile on March 26, with Mbappé presumably continuing his commitment to the team unabated while also preparing for his impending club revelation.
