According to the British Mirror, both Barcelona and Chelsea are currently interested in Palmeiras' 16-year-old winger, Estevão William.
Estevão is a left-footed player who typically operates as a right winger on the field, but can also play as a second striker or attacking midfielder. He made the switch from Cruzeiro's youth team to Palmeiras in 2021. So far this season, he has made four appearances for Palmeiras' first team and provided one assist.
Reportedly, both Barcelona and Chelsea are actively pursuing Estevão's acquisition. The 16-year-old Brazilian sensation has a release clause in his current Palmeiras contract set at £51 million (approximately €60 million).
In his career thus far, Estevão has also made five appearances for the Brazilian U17 national team, scoring three goals.
