Cristiano Ronaldo will be suspended for two matches due to the elbow incident in the Saudi Super Cup
According to reports, Cristiano Ronaldo will face a two-match suspension for the elbow incident that occurred during the semi-final of the Saudi Super Cup.
Information from Saudi Arabian media outlet "Middle East News" suggests that sources have revealed that the Saudi Arabian Football Association's Discipline and Ethics Committee will issue a two-match suspension order against Cristiano Ronaldo.
In the previous Saudi Super Cup semi-final, Cristiano Ronaldo clashed with Al-Hilal defender Ali Breik on the sideline due to a quick throw-in, following which Ronaldo was shown a red card for elbowing the Saudi defender. The disciplinary committee questioned Ronaldo, who maintained that he should not have been sent off.
