Pochettino Signals Possible Exit from Chelsea after Current Season
Chelsea manager, Mauricio Pochettino, states that his departure from Chelsea this summer would not signify 'the end of the world.' The ex-Tottenham boss, who joined Chelsea in July last year, indicates that his future will be cleared up in about a week.

Despite Chelsea's mixed performance during the season, recent victories over Tottenham and West Ham have boosted their chances of acquiring a European spot. Pochettino hinted at a potential split from the club, saying that it's a two-part decision involving not only the management's satisfaction but also the level of contentment within his coaching team.

The Argentine manager also revealed that Chelsea's captain Reece James, who has been out of action since December due to injury, may make a comeback in the forthcoming match against Nottingham Forest. Pochettino praised James and said his return, even if for a few minutes, would be a massive boost for the team.

Chelsea's owner, Todd Boehly, publicly expressed his appreciation for the team's performance. He underscored the club's progression in the Premier League standings, highlighting that Chelsea's plan is 'coming together.' However, Pochettino believes that securing a spot in Europe next season is an important objective given the circumstances this season.

Despite the rumblings of discontent, Pochettino appreciates the support received from Boehly, stating it's beneficial for the fans, players, and the owners when the owner is publicly delighted with the club's progress.
